Orders in by noon will ship the same day. We use UPS, FedEx or US Mail and you may expect your goods to arrive 3-5 days from the order placement. All of the products on ComfortPlanet.net include pre-paid freight. Outbound tracking numbers are available upon request.

ComfortPlanet.net does not take the responsibility of submitting your purchase to Medicare or private insurance for reimbursement purposes. These activities would increase our operating expenses and we strive to bring you the best prices for your purchases.
Returns Policy
At ComfortPlanet.net, our goal is to insure that you always choose the right product for yourself. However, you may occasionally receive a product that does not work for you. If you need to return an item, please review our policy guide lines.
Return Authorization
A Return Authorization (RA number) is mandatory in order to receive full credit for your purchase. Please let us know immediately if your goods have sustained shipping damage. It is best to refuse the package from the carrier if it has been damaged in shipping. Returns are to be sent UPS or FedEx so that the package can be properly tracked en route. Please email orders@comfortplanet.net for the proper return address.
Returns Shipping
In order to keep our prices this low, return freight is the customer’s responsibility. If there has been a warehouse error and the incorrect item was sent – please inform us right away. We will be happy to help you determine the best return freight method. We recommend that items be insured for the full return value to protect against shipping damage.
Cancelled Orders
If you change your mind about your purchase; please send us a Request-to-Cancel to email orders@comfortplanet.net. Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit card and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will be assessed.
Credits
Once your return is received, ComfortPlanet.net will issue a credit to the credit card used for this purchase. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to be issued.
If your purchase is defective or was damaged in shipping, please call us @ 1-800-369-8835 or emails us at orders@comfortplanet.net. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.

- Product must be in new condition. For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indication of usage
- Product must be returned in original packaging.
- A Return Authorization must be requested from ComfortPlanet.net within 30 days of delivery of the product.
- Once an RA has been received, products must be returned within 14 days.
- For hygienic reasons, Bath Safety equipment may not be returned.
- Products costing over $100 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
